All Mando Home products are made to order. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
Custom Orders
- Custom-made items (including specific sizes, colors, or personalized designs) are non-refundable.
- Returns are only accepted if there is a clear error or defect caused by us (such as wrong size, wrong color, or visible production fault).
6-Hour Change or Cancellation Window
- You may change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase confirmation.
- After 6 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
Production Defects
If you believe your item has a production defect, please contact us within a reasonable time. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:
- Free repair or replacement part,
- Product remake,
- Partial or full refund, if applicable.
How to Submit a Request
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
- Attach photos of the product and packaging if possible.
- Our support team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- The 6-hour period is calculated from the timestamp on your order confirmation email.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect size/color selection, or differences in expectation.
- Small variations may occur as each item is handmade; these are considered a natural part of the production process.
