All Mando Home products are made to order. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

  • Custom-made items (including specific sizes, colors, or personalized designs) are non-refundable.
  • Returns are only accepted if there is a clear error or defect caused by us (such as wrong size, wrong color, or visible production fault).

6-Hour Change or Cancellation Window

  • You may change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase confirmation.
  • After 6 hours, your order enters production and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Production Defects

If you believe your item has a production defect, please contact us within a reasonable time. Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free repair or replacement part,
  • Product remake,
  • Partial or full refund, if applicable.

How to Submit a Request

  1. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. Attach photos of the product and packaging if possible.
  3. Our support team will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

Important Notes

  • The 6-hour period is calculated from the timestamp on your order confirmation email.
  • Returns are not accepted for reasons such as personal preference, incorrect size/color selection, or differences in expectation.
  • Small variations may occur as each item is handmade; these are considered a natural part of the production process.
